If you either cannot make it or are running late please contact Q Labour Solutions immediately or as soon as possible (minimum 1 hour prior to starting time as the general rule). This will allow us to keep the client informed to ensure that you have the best chance of maintaining ongoing work.
Notify us when your assignment will end. This ensures that we are able to take the time to attempt to place you in the next available position.
You are responsible for ensuring we receive your timesheets by 9am on Monday morning (preferably Friday afternoon). If you have any questions regarding the pay cycle please contact the office on 1300 904 477.

You may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on site; items may include safety boots, a high visibility vest or hearing protection, among other items. All items that you are directed to wear are mandatory, without exception. You must notify Q Labour Solutions immediately or as soon as practicable if you suffer an injury at work.
